1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and bagi1 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, content, and features provided through the bagi1.win website and all related subdomains and applications.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or any other acceptance button, or simply by continuing to use the bagi1 platform after the effective date of any amended terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement takes effect from the date your account is registered.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use bagi1 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 Years Old at the time of registration.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online betting activities.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or exclusion list from any responsible gambling program.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Bagi1 reserves the right to request written proof to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3 Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one bagi1 account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and any duplicate accounts detected will be terminated without notice. All balances in those duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Please ensure your password is strong and not shared with anyone. bagi1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify the bagi1 support team immediately through the official channels available on the platform. We will take prompt action to protect your account once the report is received.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Bagi1 supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and major e-wallets in Malaysia. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the bagi1 account holder.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method selected.
• Bagi1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any charges or fees imposed by the bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the member.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Bagi1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover) that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.

6 Game Rules

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, bagi1 will endeavor to resolve the dispute based on the last saved server log records. The decision of bagi1 management in such matters is final. Should a game be unable to continue due to a system disruption, bagi1 will return the original bet to the member's account.

7 Conduct Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagi1 platform and may result in account termination and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to exploit games.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Identity fraud or submission of falsified documents during the KYC process.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Uploading or distributing harmful content, viruses, or malicious code through the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the bagi1 infrastructure.
• Use of the platform for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent from bagi1.

8 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the bagi1 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the related bonus will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Bagi1 also reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if the member is found to have violated any term of this agreement, engaged in suspicious activity, or for security and regulatory compliance reasons.

9 Limit Liability

The bagi1 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. bagi1 does not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all of your specific requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, bagi1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.
